C\u2019est logique, dans la mesure o\u00f9 ce produit entre en contact avec la peau. Si ce contact provoque des rougeurs, des d\u00e9mangeaisons, des br\u00fblures ou des picotements, cela peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 la peau, mais certainement aussi au savon.<\/p>\n<p>Produire du savon est en effet un processus chimique qui comporte certains risques. Trois ingr\u00e9dients de base sont n\u00e9cessaires pour faire du savon\u00a0: de l\u2019eau, de l\u2019huile et de l\u2019hydroxyde de sodium ou NaOH. Aussi appel\u00e9 soude caustique, ce produit peut pratiquement tout dissoudre et doit donc \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 avec un maximum de pr\u00e9cautions. Un mauvais usage peut m\u00eame provoquer des br\u00fblures importantes. Par cons\u00e9quent, achetez uniquement de l\u2019hydroxyde de sodium sp\u00e9cialement destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la production de cosm\u00e9tiques <em>(par exemple\u00a0:<\/em> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gildewerk.com\/produit\/soude-caustique-par-kg\/?lang=fr\">https:\/\/www.gildewerk.com\/produit\/soude-caustique-par-kg\/?lang=fr<\/a>)<\/em>. Par ailleurs, portez toujours des gants, des manches longues et des lunettes de protection. Confectionnez le savon dans un local propre bien ventil\u00e9 et ne faites qu\u2019une seule chose \u00e0 la fois. Ne vous laissez pas distraire, car un accident d\u00fb \u00e0 un mauvais dosage est vite arriv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de prot\u00e9ger les consommateurs, tout producteur de savon, quelle que soit sa taille, est <strong>oblig\u00e9 <\/strong>de respecter la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de cosm\u00e9tiques. Ce n\u2019est pas facile, dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle est modifi\u00e9e en permanence et appliqu\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on de plus en plus stricte par les autorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, nous avons vu autour de nous plusieurs cas malheureux de savonniers qui n\u2019avaient pas respect\u00e9 cette l\u00e9gislation. Certains se sont vus infliger des amendes de plusieurs milliers d\u2019euros et d\u2019autres ont m\u00eame d\u00fb fermer boutique. Il existe m\u00eame quelques cas ayant entra\u00een\u00e9 des peines de prison\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Alors, ne prenez aucun risque. Rejoignez la famille de plus en plus nombreuse des savonniers responsables et assurez-vous que vos produits \u00e0 base de savon sont toujours en conformit\u00e9 avec la l\u00e9gislation europ\u00e9enne en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de cosm\u00e9tiques. Cela vous permet de proposer en toute s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 \u00e0 vos clients partout dans l\u2019UE des produits cr\u00e9atifs qui sont non seulement d\u2019excellente qualit\u00e9, mais aussi
