Les fen\u00eatres du Local de production doivent \u00eatre munies d\u2019une moustiquaire.<\/li>\n<li>Les tables de travail, armoires et rayonnages pr\u00e9sents dans le Local de production doivent \u00eatre en acier inoxydable ou rev\u00eatus de plastique.<\/li>\n<li>Les stocks de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res doivent \u00eatre entrepos\u00e9es au si\u00e8ge de l\u2019entreprise, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en-dehors du Local de production. Les armoires, \u00e9tag\u00e8res et rayonnages de l\u2019entrepreneur doivent \u00eatre dispos\u00e9s et am\u00e9nag\u00e9s afin de pouvoir entreposer les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res\u00a0 \u00e0 l\u2019abri du soleil, dans un endroit sec, propre et bien ordonn\u00e9. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et les savons doivent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature minimale de 15 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/li>\n<li>Le Local de production doit \u00eatre propre et hygi\u00e9nique et respecter les exigences du R\u00e8glement sur les Cosm\u00e9tiques stipulant des m\u00e9thodes de travail sans risque de contamination et conformes aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication.<\/li>\n<li>Le Local de production doit disposer de sa propre arriv\u00e9e d\u2019eau chaude et d\u2019eau froide avec une \u00e9vacuation.<\/li>\n<li>Il est interdit de manger, boire et\/ou fumer dans le Local de production.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019entrepreneur doit interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s au Local de production aux personnes souffrant d\u2019une maladie contagieuse et aux personnes ayant des blessures ouvertes sur des parties du corps non couvertes. En cas de rhume et\/ou de production excessive de salive, les personnes doivent porter un masque dans le Local de production.<\/li>\n<li>Toutes les personnes pr\u00e9sentes dans le Local de production doivent porter un \u00e9quipement de protection, \u00e0 savoir une blouse de travail, des gants et un filet sur les cheveux. L\u2019\u00e9quipement de protection ne doit pas \u00eatre port\u00e9 en-dehors du Local de production et doit \u00eatre lav\u00e9 au moins une fois par semaine.<\/li>\n<li>Avant chaque production et apr\u00e8s une visite aux toilettes, les employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s doivent se laver les mains \u00e0 l\u2019eau et au savon.<\/li>\n<li>Tous les appareils et accessoires n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production sont lav\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau chaude apr\u00e8s chaque usage et s\u00e9ch\u00e9s avec des linges propres. Dans la mesure du possible, les appareils sont pour cela d\u00e9mont\u00e9s. Tout le mat\u00e9riel de nettoyage est lav\u00e9 ou jet\u00e9 apr\u00e8s usage.<\/li>\n<li>Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s sa fabrication, le produit \u00e0 base de savon doit \u00eatre emball\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on appropri\u00e9e par l\u2019entrepreneur, et si les savons doivent d\u2019abord reposer ou s\u00e9cher avant d\u2019\u00eatre emball\u00e9s, l\u2019entrepreneur doit les recouvrir d\u2019un linge propre et sec.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019entrepreneur doit emballer et entreposer tous les produits intacts \u00e0 base de savon en respectant la propret\u00e9. Tous ces produits doivent \u00eatre marqu\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on claire.<\/li>\n<li>Au cours du processus de production, l\u2019entrepreneur doit v\u00e9rifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la forme, la couleur, le parfum et la consistance des produits \u00e0 base de savon. En cas de doute concernant la qualit\u00e9 et\/ou l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, l\u2019entrepreneur doit imm\u00e9diatement contacter Gildewerk Quality Systems pour des instructions suppl\u00e9mentaires. L\u2019entrepreneur doit conserver le lot de production suspect \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart des autres lots de production dans un conteneur ferm\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet et muni d&rsquo; une inscription \u00ab\u00a0Produit Douteux\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
