Dies ist nicht verwunderlich, da die Produkte direkt mit der Haut in Ber\u00fchrung kommen. Wenn es zu R\u00f6tungen, Juckreiz, Brennen oder Stechen kommt, kann es an der Haut liegen, aber auch an der Seife.<\/p>\n<p>Die Seifenherstellung geh\u00f6rt zur Chemie und birgt daher eine Reihe von Risiken. F\u00fcr die Seifenherstellung ben\u00f6tigen Sie drei Grundzutaten: Wasser, \u00d6l und Natriumhydroxid NaOH. Letzteres ist eine \u00e4tzende Substanz, die fast alles aufl\u00f6sen kann und darum mit entsprechender Vorsicht behandelt werden muss. Bei falschem Umgang kann es zu gef\u00e4hrlichen Brandwunden kommen. Kaufen Sie daher nur reines Natriumhydroxid, das speziell f\u00fcr Kosmetikprodukte vorgesehen ist <em>(zum Beispiel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gildewerk.com\/produkt\/naoh-pro-kg\/?lang=de\">https:\/\/www.gildewerk.com\/product\/natriumhydroxide-per-kg\/<\/a>)<\/em>. Tragen Sie stets Handschuhe, lang\u00e4rmelige Kleidung und eine Schutzbrille. Stellen Sie die Seife in einem sauberen, gut bel\u00fcfteten Raum her und konzentrieren Sie sich stets auf nur eine Sache. Lassen Sie sich nicht ablenken, denn schon kurze Unaufmerksamkeit kann zu falschen Dosierungen mit schweren Folgen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schutz der Verbraucher <strong>m\u00fcssen<\/strong> sich alle Seifenhersteller (ganz gleich wie gro\u00df das Unternehmen ist) an die europ\u00e4ischen Hygiene- und Kosmetikverordnungen halten. Dies ist nicht leicht, denn die Gesetzgebung ist kompliziert, st\u00e4ndigen \u00c4nderungen unterworfen und wird von den Beh\u00f6rden immer strenger kontrolliert.<\/p>\n<p>In den vergangenen Jahren konnten wir mehrfach beobachten, was passiert, wenn sich Seifenhersteller nicht an diese Vorschriften halten. Einige wurden mit Bu\u00dfen in H\u00f6he von mehreren tausend Euro belegt, andere mussten sogar ihre Unternehmen schlie\u00dfen. Es gab sogar F\u00e4lle, die mit einer Gef\u00e4ngnisstrafe endeten!<\/p>\n<p>Gehen Sie also keine Risiken ein. Schlie\u00dfen Sie sich der st\u00e4ndig wachsenden Gemeinschaft verantwortlicher Seifenhersteller an und achten Sie darauf, dass Ihre Seifenprodukte stets den europ\u00e4ischen Hygiene- und Kosmetikvorschriften gen\u00fcgen. So k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihren Kunden mit gutem Gewissen kreative Produkte anbieten, die nicht nur mit hoher Qualit\u00e4t, sondern auch Sicherheit f\u00fcr Verbraucher und Umwelt \u00fcberzeugen.
