Die Fenster im Produktionsbereich m\u00fcssen mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet sein.<\/li>\n<li>Die im Produktionsbereich vorhandenen Arbeitstische, Schr\u00e4nke und Gestelle m\u00fcssen aus Edelstahl gefertigt oder mit Kunststoff verkleidet sein.<\/li>\n<li>Jegliche Lagerbest\u00e4nde m\u00fcssen am Sitz des Unternehmens, vorzugsweise au\u00dferhalb des Produktionsbereichs, gelagert werden. Die Schr\u00e4nke, Regale und Gestelle des Unternehmens sind so aufzustellen und auszulegen, dass eine sonnenfreie, trockene, saubere und geordnete Lagerung von Rohstoffen und Seifen gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Die Rohstoffe und Seifen m\u00fcssen bei einer Mindesttemperatur von 15 Grad Celsius gelagert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Der Produktionsbereich muss sauber und hygienisch sein und den Standards aus der Kosmetikverordnung entsprechen, wobei verschmutzungsfrei und nach GMP-Standards gearbeitet werden muss.<\/li>\n<li>Der Produktionsbereich muss \u00fcber einen eigenen Warm- und Kaltwasseranschluss mit Entw\u00e4sserung verf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Essen, Trinken und\/oder Rauchen ist im Produktionsbereich nicht erlaubt.<\/li>\n<li>Personen mit ansteckenden Krankheiten und Personen mit offenen Wunden an unbedeckten K\u00f6rperteilen ist der Zutritt zum Produktionsbereich durch den Unternehmer zu untersagen. Bei Erk\u00e4ltung und\/oder \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Speichelproduktion m\u00fcssen Personen im Produktionsbereich einen Mundschutz tragen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle im Produktionsbereich anwesenden Personen m\u00fcssen Schutzkleidung tragen, und zwar Sch\u00fcrze, Handschuhe und Haarnetz. Die Schutzkleidung darf au\u00dferhalb des Produktionsbereichs nicht getragen werden und muss mindestens einmal pro Woche gewaschen werden.<\/li>\n<li>Vor jeder Produktion und nach jedem Toilettenbesuch haben sich die beteiligten Mitarbeiter die H\u00e4nde mit Wasser und Seife zu waschen.<\/li>\n<li>Alle f\u00fcr die Produktion ben\u00f6tigten Ger\u00e4te und Werkzeuge werden vor und nach jedem Gebrauch mit warmem Wasser abgewaschen und mit sauberen T\u00fcchern abgetrocknet. Die Ger\u00e4te werden dazu nach M\u00f6glichkeit auseinandergenommen. Alle Reinigungsmaterialien werden nach Gebrauch gereinigt oder entsorgt.<\/li>\n<li>Das Seifenprodukt muss unmittelbar nach der Herstellung durch den Unternehmer geeignet verpackt werden, wobei der Unternehmer Seifen, die vor dem Verpacken erst ruhen oder trocknen m\u00fcssen, mit einem sauberen, trockenen Tuch abdeckt.<\/li>\n<li>Der Unternehmer muss alle Seifen sauber und unbesch\u00e4digt verpacken und lagern. Alle Seifen m\u00fcssen deutlich gekennzeichnet werden.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend des Produktionsprozesses muss der Unternehmer die Seifen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig auf Form, Farbe, Geruch und Konsistenz pr\u00fcfen. Bei Zweifeln bez\u00fcglich der Qualit\u00e4t und\/oder Hygiene sollte sich der Unternehmer f\u00fcr weitere Anweisungen direkt an Gildewerk Quality Systems wenden. Der Unternehmer hat die jeweilige Produktion von anderen Produktionen so getrennt zu halten, dass eine Verwechslung mit gebilligten Seifen ausgeschlossen
